Born in San Felipe, Venezuela, Glass Marcano began her musical journey at age four through El Sistema. A violinist from the start, she became a member of the Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil de San Felipe before discovering her calling on the podium.
Today she completes her Master's in Orchestral Conducting at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin under Markus Stenz, alongside advanced studies at the Paris Conservatory under Pierre Michel Durand.
In 2020, she won the Orchestra Award at the inaugural La Maestra Competition in Paris — a breakthrough that launched an international career spanning Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
